If you have a LOVE for beef this is one you don’t want to miss! Swanky Maven has teamed up with 44 Farms for the beef, producers of some of the best beef in the country, and William Grant & Sons for the adult beverages!

  • Join us on this journey of meaty love as each restaurant showcases beef in a different way and pairs it with signature drinks. It will be an evening of dining, drinking and discerning taste!
  • The evening kicks off with a cocktail reception at Bayou & Bottle located at The Four Seasons Hotel at 2:45 pm, with our deluxe coach departing in style at 4:00 pm sharp.
  • There will also be a surprise pit-stop that will leave you speaking in YUMS!!!
  • The Four Seasons Hotel is offering our group a special overnight rate of $225.00. The discount code will be provided after tickets are purchased.

Bayou & Bottle- This whiskey bar is stocked with over 160 bourbons and whiskeys. The menu showcases and emphasizes the versatility of seasonal ingredients and Houston’s melting pot of cultures.

Blood Bros.BBQ- This trio, Robin, Terry, and Quy, from the suburb of Alief in southwest Houston, know their way around some beef, and craft menu items featuring 44 Farms fresh cuts daily. Their BBQ is legendary and the guys put their own on stank on every creation. For the event, they will go off the menu and create something just for our Ode to Beef guest!

Eunice Restaurant Chef Drake Leonards and team offer guest a modern Cajun – Creole brasserie-style menu that marries influences from all around the globe with the ingredients of the Gulf Coast including extensive beer & wine selections and seasonally curated cocktails.
